Event Location: Central Park NYC at 102nd Street and East Side Drive
Registration/Packet Pick-Up: 7:15 AM-8:15 AM
Run/Walk Start: 8:30 AM
Course: Mostly flat with one challenging hill
Amenities: Refreshments, a goody bag, random give away prizes, bag check,
DJ, Miles for Moms T-shirt.
Awards: Top 3 Overall, Male & Female; Top 3 Male & Female in each age group
Age Groups: 14 & under to 70 & over, in ten year increments.
Fees: $20.00 by July 11th, $25 after July 11th, and $30.00 on race day.

On Sunday, July 17th, 2011 Miles For Moms will host their 10th Annual Miles For Moms Run/Walk, in Central Park, New York City. Miles For Moms was created in memory and honor of a wonderful woman and mother, Celia Rosenberg and all mothers who have battled cancer.

This 4 mile event is complete with awards, give away prizes, refreshments, entertainment, and more importantly, dedication to a great cause, the fight against cancer. All proceeds from the event support cancer research and related programs. Proceeds from past events have been donated to The Cancer Institute of New Jersey and EIF's National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance (NCCRA).

Miles For Moms is a 501(c)(3) charity organization founded in memory of Celia Rosenberg, and all mothers who have battled cancer, by her daughter, Renee Rosenberg in August 1999. Proceeds from all Miles For Moms events are donated towards cancer research and related programs.
